New Connect to Square App won't connect to my Quickbooks. It continues to say "We can't connect you account." Yes, I've tried incognito and cache clearing. Other ideas?

Hey newcomer! Allow me to point you in the right direction to connect your Square app to QuickBooks Online. 

 

To clarify, have you tried all of the following actions to help resolve this: 

 

  • Trying a different browser
  • Sign out then back in

 

If the issue persists after doing these steps, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press the Contact Us button. 
  3. Give brief description of the issue and hit Let's talk
  4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback

Last resort, utilize a 3rd party app to reconcile your Square transactions into QBO.
