Your case will be reviewed as soon as possible. You'll receive an update on the status of your request when we complete our review. We'll send an update through an email from no_response@intuit.com.
Once we approved your request, we'll let you know that we transferred the primary admin to you. Then, you'll have to sign in using the email address you provided us the next time you use QuickBooks.
However, if we're unable to approve your request, we'll let you know why and what steps you can take.
