Thanks for checking in with us, ffgpedro.

Before we start, I want to make sure we're on the same page so I can properly address this concern.

Are you referring to the NUM being the header of the column in your Profit and Loss Detail report? If so, these numbers are referred to as transaction numbers.

Please see screenshot below to confirm if this is what you mean.

Additionally, as long as you allow the NUM column to be included on your report, then it will show on your printout. To allow this, just follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Profit and Loss Detail report.
  2. Click the Gear Icon on the report.
  3. Under Change columns section, check the box for Num.
  4. Then click anywhere to close the settings.

However, if you're still having challenges in printing the report, you can check out this guide on how to solve common printing issues in QuickBooks Online: Fix QuickBooks Online printing issues on browsers for Windows.

It's always my pleasure to assist you. You can count me in if you have other questions. Have a wonderful day ahead!
