Hello there, @pv11.

Inactive classes are marked as deleted in reports. You can run a quick report to view the list of transactions associated with each inactive class. I can guide you on how to do it.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose All List.
  3. Select Classes.
  4. From the Classes page, click the Gear icon.
  5. Mark the Include Inactive tick box.
  6. Locate the deleted class you want to view.
  7. Click the drop-down arrow from the Action column.
  8. Pick Run Report

Also, you can filter your class list to view only your inactive classes. Here's how:

  1. From the Classes page, click the Run Report button.
  2. Click the Customize button.
  3. Expand the Filter section.
  4. Mark the Deleted tick box.
  5. Select Deleted from the drop-down.
  6. Choose the Run Report button.

Thank you very much for your detailed instsructions on how to run report on inactive product/services (classes).
I am curently using QBO Essentials plan. QB is asking me to upgrade once i select Gear/All Lists/Classes.

So, can Essential customers not run this report? or is there another process for Essential customers?

Please advise,

thank you very much again.
