On the reports section, i have customized my client balance detail report but it doesn't allow me to add the payee to the report, how can I get this on report?

On the reports section, i have customized my client balance detail report but it doesn't allow me to add the payee to the report, how can I get this on report?

Hello pmanzano!

 

There's a setting to add payees to the report you mentioned. I'll guide you through the steps.

 

By default, the transactions on the Client Balance Detail report are already grouped by client. However, we can still add the CLIENT column to show the payee on every transaction line. Just click the small Gear icon just above the report section. Then, place a checkmark in the Client checkbox.

 

You can also click on Reorder columns and drag the Client column name to the top. That way, it will be placed on the left side of every transaction on the report.

 

 

If you use this report on a regular basis, you can click on Save Customization to add this to your list of Custom Reports.
