Have you tried using an incognito window? If not, I'd suggest using one. Then, if it works, let's clear the cache. A browser that has too much cache can cause unusual behavior. So I'd recommend clearing them regularly.

 

If the same thing happens, you can use other browsers as an alternative way to access your account. I'd suggest Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
