In QuickBooks Online (QBO),when a transaction like an invoice is deleted, it's removed permanently from the system. However, you can use the audit log to recover the deleted transaction details and re-enter them manually.

 

Here's how to view the deleted transaction details:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Audit log.
  2. Modify the user, date, and event(s). Then, click Apply.
  3. Once the results show, click View under History.
  4. Using the information, re-enter the transaction.
