Our Monthly Billing contains QB Live Expert Assited along with the Advanced Subscription. Is Live Expert cost a compulsory charge in addition to Advanced Package?

QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted is not a mandatory charge along with your QuickBooks Advanced, Geetika.

It is a separate optional service that has been added to your subscription. This service provides access to virtual bookkeepers who can assist you with tasks such as bookkeeping cleanup and full-service bookkeeping.

If you no longer need help from our bookkeeper, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Billing & subscription.
   
   
2. Click on Cancel in the QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted tile.  
3. Confirm your cancellation in the next window.
