Our quickbooks is under account of the accountant. we want to get help how can we separate this to accountant intuit account, so that we can access the QB online.

Let me route you in the right direction to resolve your subscription concern.

When you separate a QBO company, you’ll have to request a transfer of account. That said, I recommend you get in touch with your accountant. They’ll help move the account to your subscription.

If you’re unable to contact them, I recommend reaching out to our QBO Care Team. They’ll assist you on how to transfer the Master Admin (MMA) role.

1. Press the Help icon at the top to open the QB Assistant window.
2. In the Assistant tab, enter the issue/topic in the field box.
3. Click the Get help from a human link and follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
4. Choose Chat or Callback.

Ask your accountant to transfer the Primary Admin role to your end as mentioned by Rasa-LilaM. Otherwise, you will need a workaround to claim your data as long as the account is still active and you can login as Company Admin.
