Our QuickBooks Self Service Payroll subscription fee is not coming out of the same account as the Quickbooks Plus subscription. I need it to be paid out of the same acct

Our QuickBooks Self Service Payroll subscription fee is not coming out of the same account as the Quickbooks Plus subscription. I need it to be paid out of the same acct

It's possible that your account number has been updated, Jill33.

 

We can verify this by going to the Billing & Subscription page. Let me guide you with these details;

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, and then select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. Select the pencil (edit) icon beside your payment method.
  4. Review your credit card info.
  5. Click Confirm card or Save.

 

If everything's fine, it would be best to reach out to our Payroll Support team so an agent will take a look at your account. Here's how:

 

  1. From the ? Help icon, click Contact Us.
  2. Enter My QuickBooks Payroll Billing Subscription comes out from a different account.
  3. Click Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Message an Agent or Get a callback from us.
