We can verify this by going to the Billing & Subscription page. Let me guide you with these details;
- Click the Gear icon, and then select Account and Settings.
- Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
- Select the pencil (edit) icon beside your payment method.
- Review your credit card info.
- Click Confirm card or Save.
If everything's fine, it would be best to reach out to our Payroll Support team so an agent will take a look at your account. Here's how:
- From the ? Help icon, click Contact Us.
- Enter My QuickBooks Payroll Billing Subscription comes out from a different account.
- Click Let's talk.
- Choose either Message an Agent or Get a callback from us.
