I upgraded to QB Premier 2020 nd have four companies - one of them doesn't recognize my password and has locked me out. "I forgot my password" isn't working. What do I do?

There are different ways to reset your password in QuickBooks Desktop. Using the I forgot my password hyperlink is one of them. Before we do any troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend updating your QuickBooks to the latest release. This would usually fix minor errors or issues.
If you're still unable to reset your password, we can use other option which is to review your CAMPS information. If the same thing happens, we can use the Automated Password Reset Tool.
If none of the steps work, I'd recommend contacting our Technical Support Team. They can review your account and provide additional steps to fix it.
