Pay subscription on Bill.pay

Thanks for checking in with us, lylesdata1332.

To pay your subscription on Online Bill Pay, let's make sure your billing information is up to date. There's an auto-billing to the credit card or bank on the account. If the billing information is not up to date, there is a seven (7) calendar day grace period before access to the overdue account is blocked.

Here's how to update it in QuickBooks Online (QBO):

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select Bill Pay, then Billing.
  4. Choose Use Bank Account or Use Credit Card.
  5. Complete all required fields.
  6. Press Save.

You can also do it directly in your Bill.com account. Just follow the steps and details in this article: Adding a billing credit card or bank account. Once done, you can start paying bills with Online Bill Pay in QBO.

Just in case you're having trouble with renewing or paying the subscription, I'd suggest contacting our Bill Pay Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and assist you with this one.

I have a link here that provides you with articles about managing your Bill Pay account: https://help.bill.com/hc/en-us/categories/115001239603-Subscription-and-Billing.

I'm just one click away if you need a hand with recording payment transactions or any QBO related. I'll be here to ensure your success. Have a great day ahead.
