i need to speak to a human being. I was double billed for payroll and i have wasted the better part of my afternoon looking for a phone number and after finally finding 1 phone number, i am on hold for over half an hour with dead air - not even sure it was actually on hold. I pay for support and i want to speak to someone when i have an issue.

They have the tools to take a look at the charges on your account and provide you with further details.
This option did not work, I also need a direct phone number. When you click on that hyperlink and choose your payroll subscription the next page has several choices to choose from. I chose add an EIN since that is my current issue with DT Pro 2019. When I then click on "contact us" which there are more than one, it takes me immediatly back to the intial screen to choose my current payroll subscription type. I've also wasted a full day trying to resolve a validation error adding a new EIN and trying to find a contact phone number. QB's help says for any one using 2018 or newer to contact QB's for assistance in adding an EIN to payroll subscription. But there is no place where "contact us" actually takes you to a phone number.
