Please let me know why there's a delay in my refund request after the accounts were closed

I want to help and answer your queries. However, only our Customer Care team can verify the reason why there’s a delay in your refund request.


The refund will usually appear in 7 to 10 business days after Customer Service processes it. I recommend contacting them directly.

 

Since your account is closed, you can use our Test drive account to get in touch with them. You can check out our hours of operation to ensure they can assist you on time.

 

Please use this link: https://qbo.intuit.com/redir/testdrive, then follow the steps to below:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the right top.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. You can enter “refund request" on the box.
  4. Choose to Get a call and enter your personal information.
  5. Press Confirm my call.

Don’t hesitate to visit me here if you have other concerns. I’ll take care of them. Have a good one.

Please let me know why there's a delay in my refund request after the accounts were closed

I spoke with a rep this morning and she assured me that there being processed and by Tuesday they will be in my account and it will be in broken up but to rest assure they will be there so im taking her on her word im out of strength to keep on arguing n contacting you all im currently in quarantine for the 3rd week I've tested positive 2wice for the coronavirus.  Thank you
