Join nowHi there, Paras1.
I'm here to lend a helping hand and make sure the primary admin will be able to access QuickBooks Online account.
We can perform a few troubleshooting steps to fix this. First, you'll need to logout and log back in to your QuickBooks Online account. Try logging into your QBO using a private browser. There are times that too much gathered data can cause unusual responses.
Here's how to use a private browser:
If this fixes the issue, then close out the private window and clear the cache on the regular browser. This will remove previously-stored browsing data that might have caused the issue. Otherwise, you can try other supported browsers to help narrow down the cause of this behavior.
Also, I've added this helpful article for your future reference in case you'll reset your QBO sign-in info: QuickBooks Online sign-in info.
Keep me posted if you have any other concerns about accessing your QBO account. I'm always here to help. Have a great day ahead.
I don't think that advice will help. This is a QBO account and the primary admin, who is REMOTE from my office has not been able to access the account for the last month. So based on your last note he has to clear his cache and follow the info given to delete data clog on his internet browser. But he has tried this on several compluters so this is not likely the source of the issue. The screenshots I posted on the last post should clearly show that he has the admin. He never had this issue in the past. Please advise.
I want to fix the admin login issue as quickly as possible, @Paras1.
I appreciate the administrator's effort to resolve the connection issue. I have various troubleshooting steps to follow to ensure your admin can easily connect to QuickBooks Online.
To start, let your admin reset his password. Before that, ensure that he has access to his phone number or email address.
Proceed as follows:
Once done, let the admin log in to QuickBooks again using the updated credentials. For the complete instructions, check out this page: Change your email, user ID, or password for QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Online Accountant, and Qui....
If the problem persists, I'd recommend letting your primary admin fill out the email change request form. Once we process it, you can log in with the new password you create and your original user ID.
You can also contact our Customer Care Team. They can provide another alternative way to fix the login issue. Make sure to reach them within business hours to ensure a swift response.
Here's how:
Further, did the primary admin receive error messages while logging in? If so, can you provide the exact wording of the error in detail? This will help me address the problem accordingly. Also, I didn't see any picture attached to your post. Please re-attached the screenshot in your reply by clicking the Choose File button.
