Print quality on financial statement printing is very poor. All other reports are fine. Product support said they do not work on this issue

Print quality on financial statement printing is very poor. All other reports are fine. Product support said they do not work on this issue

I'd like to share some insights regarding your concern with printing financial statements in QuickBooks Online.

 

QuickBooks Online relies on the default printer set up on your browser. That said, you can create custom details on your browser settings so the report will be printed according to the quality that you want.

 

I got you covered in achieving this. Here's how:

  1. Open the Profit and Loss report.
  2. Press on the Print button.
  3. Click on the three dots option on your browser.
  4. Select on Print
  5. From the printing settings, hit on More settings to display more options.
  6. Choose the set up that you want to apply on the statement.
  7. Once done, click on Print

Know that you can also export the reports to Excel and print it from there.
