Printing your 2019 Profit and Loss report is easy, @hbtanda.

You'll want to go the Reports menu in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and print the report from there. I'd be glad to walk you through the steps.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select Profit and Loss under the Favorites section. (Optional: Type in Profit and Loss report in the search field).
  3. Under the Report period field, select Last year from the drop-down arrow.
  4. Click Run report to generate the data.
  5. Then click the printer icon inside the report to print the report. 2.PNG

Here's an article you can read for additional details (Go to the Print reports section): Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

I'm also adding this great article that can guide you on how to generate reports to show the data you need: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.
