Product/service sales report needed. Invoice data from lower level QB subscription imported but does not populate reports from 2020. Help? Tech support has not responded.

I just upgraded from lowest online version to next level subscription...so I could run this report. I have not imported anything from desktop. All content was in QBonline.

The higher your subscription, the more advanced your reports and features you can utilize. I'd like to know what version you're  using and the specific report you'd like to run so that I can assess if this is available base on the QuickBooks Online version you've subscribed to.

 

In addition, there are times that the program won't respond accordingly if there are browser issues. For now, let's go ahead and verify if we need to do some troubleshooting steps. 

 

You can begin with using an incognito window to check if you're able to see the specific sales report you're looking for in QuickBooks Online. If you can see it now, you can go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. If not, use another supported browser.

I was using self-employed and upgraded to simple start version to be able to generate a report with more detail. I worked with QB Tech support for almost 3 hours and had to log-off to attend an evening event. They said they would get back to me while they dug further. It went higher up the chain in tech suupport. I do recall incognito mode for part of the testing. They had remote control of my computer for the last two hours. I tried your suggestions today in a different browser...had been in chrome and tried safari today.Still can't generate a report. It only recognizes new invoices.

I'd appreciate you for providing the version you've currently use and all the actions you've done to resolve the report issue in QuickBooks Online. 

 

Please note that each version of QuickBooks has a different report name. To know all the reports included in your QBO Simple Start, please click the link provided by my colleague above. 

 

I know you've already called in. However, I'd still suggest getting in touch with our technical support. They have tools capable of pulling up your account in a secure environment and send a ticket to our engineers for evaluation.

 

If you have a copy of the case number, you can provide that to the agent you can talk to. This way, you don't need to repeat your issue because they can quickly trace the notes. Ensure to call them within business hours to address your concern promptly. 

 

Additionally, I'd also want to know if you're receiving any errors while trying to access the said report. This way, I can double-check our records if there's an ongoing investigation.
