I hope you're having a great Friday. The expenses on your Profit and Loss report can be filtered through customizing the report, and this could be why you're not seeing all of them. You can check the customization by following these steps:
Open your Profit and Loss report.
In the top right-hand corner, press Customize.
Hit the Filter button and check the Distribution Account box.
4. Click All Income/Expense Accounts.
5. Push Run Report.
The report is now customized to show your expense and income accounts. You may also find this video about customizing reports helpful as well.
