I’m embarrassed to tell you how much time I spent trying to resolve this issue today, this is literally the worst consumer experience I’ve ever had in my entire life.
I just spent the last hour talking with someone to try and cancel the order and return my money, not because I care about the money that was spent, but because this will renew each year and remind me of this miserable day.
I even had one person from Intuit. Tell me “this is a big deal to you, but it’s not a big deal to us we are QuickBooks…”
You may know this, but most state Department of Labor websites allow you to download and print the required posters for free.
Ready for this… I was willing to pay for the “convenience” smh
Now I can’t even get my money back.
The customer service rep said after we hang up you will get an email with the cancellation, lol…. You’ll be shocked to learn that email never came.
Incidentally, I need both the laminated for our offices and the digital for virtual boards for our remote employees.

I have called that number (or been transferred there) at least 4 times and they keep telling me they can not assist me. After re-reading @MsNorthPND18 post regarding the FAQ I just called it again. Is there some type of escalation tier that you can connect me with?

This forum is rather unwieldy; it does not place new replies underneath the post being replied to, it'll always go straight to the bottom.
It is also rather finnicky about allowing replies at all, probably due to something something cookies, and, as far as I understand it, all posts have to be approved by a moderator before they're visible to normal users.
Yes, it's not a great system for real-time replying. It's why using the @ reference system and quoting the relevant parts of the post you're referring to is a necessity rather than a preference.
