Purchased subscription to Self Employed app. When log in it only says Trial has ended and wants me to pay again

Already paid for the subscription - how do I get past the renewal screen

In the app itself it shows that I have paid through Sept...

In the app itself it shows that I have paid through Sept 2020.  Why can't I access my data?

Let's investigate why you encountered the Trial Expired message, Pam.

 

It's possible a different email address or user ID used when you subscribed to your Online account. Let's try logging to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account on the web using the correct login credentials. If you can't remember your credentials, reset them by clicking the I forgot my user ID or password link.

 

Then, go to the Billing info page to see the subscription details if you have an active one. For the steps and details, you can check out this article:https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/intuit-billing-updates/update-your-quickbooks-self....

 

If the same thing happens, I'd suggest contacting our QBSE Support Team. They'll check your account details to see what's hindering you from logging into your account.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - I can't log in either on the app or the desktop - all I get is the "need to buy pick your option". I have already purchased an annual subscription!!!! The links do not allow me to log in - they take me directly to the "pay" options.
