You'll want to reset your app data to restore to its default settings and be able to print the reconciliation report. Here's how:
- Click Help on the navigation bar at the top.
- Select Reset App Data.
- Allow a moment for the process to complete, and then close the app.
- Right-click on the app and Run as Administrator.
However, if you're still unable to print the report, you can uninstall and reinstall the app to start fresh. Here's an article for your guide: QuickBooks App for Windows and Mac: General support.
