QB cancelled my subscription without notice and said it was for non payment, yet they keep charging the account the say was avaiable.

they even refunded that said account now i have spent two days three reps and 6.5 hours with additional charges now added at new rate more than my originalk aggreement

Since this concern involves pulling up your personal information and the Community is limited to the public forum, I recommend contacting our support. By doing so, our support can verify the status of your account and the reason behind the charge you've been receiving by using the specific tools they have.

 

Here's how to contact our support:

 

  1. In your QBO account, select Help (?).
  2. Choose the Search tab.
  3. At the bottom of your screen, click Contact Us.  
  4. Type your concern. Then click Continue.
  5. You may choose Callback, Appointment, or Chat to connect with us.
  6. Kindly fill out the provided fields, such as your First name, Last name, Email address, and Phone number.
  7. Depending on what you choose as your way to connect with us, click Callback, Schedule an appointment, or Chat.

Good luck with it all.  QB is the WORST at actually STOPPING charges once an account is cancelled, let alone giving money back that they stole.
