QB keeps making me sign in

I had to reinstall QB and it keeps making me log in if I've been inactive for a very short time. I can't remember where to go to set the length of inactivity for a longer time if I want to stay logged in , even if inactive

QB keeps making me sign in

Let's find out why it keeps telling you that you're inactive and that you have to log in for just a short period of time, lsefcik.

You can reset your App data to refresh the connection. Here's how:

  1. Select Help.
  2. Choose Reset App Data.

For more information, please check this article: QuickBooks App For Windows And Mac: General Support.

However, if you're still experiencing the same thing, I suggest reaching out to our support team so they can investigate this further. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.
