I’ve looked into this further and didn’t find any open investigations about the issue. Let’s refresh your subscription by updating your QuickBooks to the latest release and revalidating the service key.
Go to Employees at the top menu bar.
Select My Payroll Service.
Then choose Manage Payroll Service.
In the QuickBooks Service Keys window, click on the Edit button.
Select Next and Finish.
When the Payroll Update message appears, choose OK.
Check the Service Status and make sure it shows as ACTIVE.
Click on OK.
Once done, restart your QuickBooks.
After running the resolution steps, I'm confident you run payroll seamlessly in QuickBooks.
