If you're not seeing the option, a possible browser issue might have caused the print function to not show up. Follow the these steps on how to resolve common browser issues in QBO:
First, use an incognito/private browsing session or a different browser. Use these shortcuts to start an incognito session:
Second, go back to the Reports menu and check if you can already print the report. Then, follow the steps in this article to delete your browsing history if you're able to do it: Clear Cache And Cookies To Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks Online.
