Quick Books Self Employed Subscription Ended

Why did my Self Employed subscription end April 30th when I just filed my taxes in February 2021? It should be free for a whole year. Doesn’t it come with the Self Employed Bundle?

Allow me to share some information as to why you're QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) ended, alim.

For now, TurboTax isn't offering a free one-year QBSE subscription to all their subscribers. You'll want to renew your subscription so you can track your income, expenses, mileage, and tax information. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  2. Select the profile icon and then Billing info.
  3. Select View options to see different subscription types, such as the TaxBundle.
  4. Select Subscribe.
  5. Review your billing and payment info.
  6. Select Subscribe.

However, if you still want immediate assistance, you can get in touch with our support team from Mondays to Fridays from 6 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM.

Here's an overview of everything that you can do with QBSE. Please take time to read this article: QuickBooks Self-Employed Overview.

Let me know if you have any other concerns. I'll always make sure to get back to you.

Hello @Double O

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. Yes, QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription from TurboTax is free.

At this point, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support team to check your account. They can help review your account to see what's causing this to happen.

I also suggest checking out this article to learn more about fixing subscription issues in QBSE: Resubscribe to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I'll be right here if you need more help. Take care!

What is the phone number for quickbook self employed technical support? Support page does not have any link, phone number, or email on it to contact technical support. The only link that works is for community page which is not helpful for this issue. I am in the same situation where my subscription has expired as of 4/30/2021 even though I have filed my taxes through turbo tax. Please help!

No, it is not free. Apparently, Quickbooks Self Employed is not being offered anymore as a Turbo Tax Self Employed Bundle. Now I will have expenses and receipts on Quickbooks and on another free app like Expensify. Unbelievable.
