Quickbooks charged my for cancelled subscription

I have cancelled my subscription on April 1st but Quickbooks charged my credit card on April 17. How/where can request a refund?

Quickbooks charged my for cancelled subscription

It's possible that it wasn't successfully canceled, sural98.

Let's make sure that we've canceled it. I'll show you how:

  1. From the Gear icon, select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again.
  5. Enter the reason for the cancellation.
  6. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Select Got it.

Afterward, you'll receive an email that confirms the cancellation.

With regard to the refund, I'd recommend reaching out to our Phone Support team if and when you'll be refunded.

  1. From the Help tab, click Contact Us.
  2. Enter Cancel subscription as your keyword.
  3. Click Let's talk.
  4. Select either Start Messaging or Get a callback from us.

For more information on what will happen after the cancellation, you can take a look at this article: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?

Don't hesitate to tag my name in your Reply if you have other concerns. Keep safe!
