I've got some steps that may help you resolve this issue, tharrington5.

Let's clear the Window App's cache by following these steps:

  1. Click Help located at the top.
  2. Select Reset App Data.

Once done, close the app and open it again. Please make sure to log in as the master administrator. Then, try printing the reconciliation reports again.

If resetting the app doesn't make a difference, you'll want to uninstall and re-install the program. I've got this article for the steps: QuickBooks App for Windows and Mac: General support. Scroll down at the bottom follow the How do I uninstall the app? section.

Please keep me posted on the results. I'm only a post away. Take care!
