With their tools, one of our specialists can pull up your account on file and let our engineering team investigate why entering your password is in a loop. You can do so by following the steps below:
- Login to your QuickBooks Online account in a web application.
- Go to Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter a few words describing how your app is not working in the What can we help you with? field.
- Click Continue.
- Choose a channel where you wanted to connect with our support.
