We can go back to the Profit and Loss report and choose Last Year or Last Year-to-date option in the Report Period field. You can also enter the 2019 period in the date fields.
If the same thing happens, we can try signing in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues.
There are times when a browser's cache data becomes full or damaged. This causes the report not to show the correct date you entered in the Report period field.

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. We can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.

I tried to generate the 2019 P&L without success. The data won't show up. First I went ahead and tried a private browser. It did not work. As instructed, I cleared the cache and deleted cookies then tried again. Still no data. What is the next step?
