You can go to camps.intuit.com to sign in your Intuit account and update your credit card information from there. Let me walk you through the steps.

I cannot find it for the life of me. I have the QuickBooks Account page after log in, but it is not the same is the one I am seeing online

You're already on the right track! Once you've logged in to camps.intuit.com, all you need to do is to select the QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) version that you're using in the QuickBooks Account page or Products & Services list.
You can also do this inside QBDT, refer to this article and proceed to the QuickBooks Desktop Payroll section for further guidance: Change your credit card for payroll billing.
