I am the treasurer of two small nonprofit organizations. Until now I was running both companies on one license of desktop QuickBooks Pro 2018. Soon I will give up my treasurership at one of the organizations. My plan is to pass to the new treasurer the license for the 2018 Pro with the company's Quickbooks file and purchase a Desktop Quickbooks Premier 2020 for the remaining treasurership. I have a few questions related to this:
1. Is there any way for me to pass to the new treasurer the 2018 Pro License while keeping my copy for a couple of months, so I can train her on Zoom? (we are both doing this from our homes, not on the same network)
2. Is there a way to have on the same Windows 10 PC two Quickbooks installations (one 2018 Pro and one 2020 premier)?
3. Is a 2018 Pro company file importable into 2020 premier?
