Let me help you get the support you need in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and get back to business in no time.

 

Based on your description of the issue above, it seems that you want to access your QBO account, so you can either post/ask a question in the Community or contact our support (via chat or callback) from the Help menu.

 

Even if you're unable to sign in to your QBO account, you can ask a question in the QuickBooks Communityreach out to our live chat support, or utilize our QBO test drive to connect to an expert and get the help you need.

 

However, to log back into QBO and load your account, you'll first need to fix your access. If you forgot your sign-in info or you're locked out of your account, please refer to this article on how you can fix them: Get help if you can't sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.

 

On the other hand, in case you're using QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), and then you've encountered an error upon logging in through a web browser or mobile app, we have an ongoing investigation about it based on our records.

 

With that being said, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can add your account to the list of affected users. This ensures you're in the loop about the investigation's status and its fix. You can provide the INV-75310 as your reference. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Assistant menu.
  2. Type in Talk to a human in the Type something... field (twice).
  3. Select the I still need a human option.
  4. Choose either Message an agent or Get a callbackContact QBSE Support.PNG
