Your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account's security is our top priority, dacornerstonechu. I'm here to help you manage your access effectively.

Do you mean the new Intuit Account login added when trying to open an account? If so, select Remove a user ID and choose the account you want to clear. I've added a screenshot below for reference.

Additionally, you can update your Intuit Account sign-in information to protect sensitive data and maintain control over your account, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager. Use your sign-in info for QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma, or our professional tax products.
  2. Select the Sign-in and Security menu.
  3. Tap the User IDEmail addressPassword, or Phone section.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. Hit Save.

If you meant something else, I suggest sending a screenshot to help us better understand and resolve your issue efficiently.

Furthermore, you can visit this page to help add, manage, or delete user profiles in QuickBooks. You can customize each role and give individual permissions for specific tasks.

Keep me posted if you have other concerns about managing your account or login issues. I'm always ready to help. Take care.
