Join nowIn a nutshell, i included a bank account that i SHOULD NOT have included and it is messing up my ability to have accurate numbers in my reports for tax purposes. If I cannot remove these transactions w/o having to literally delete them (1 by 1), then this product may not be worth the money i am paying for it. Please tell me there is a way to remove select accounts / bank accounts from reporting. Surely quickbooks user experience people provide for the event in which a user like myself messes up and needs to fix their mess up by DELETING???????
Hi there, @woodpk.
Thanks for visiting the Community. I understand how those unwanted transactions impacting your reports. I'm here to help you exclude and delete those all at once.
Since these transactions are already added in QuickBooks, you'll need to undo them in the Reviewed tab so it will go back to For Review. From there, we can simply exclude, then delete them. Here's how:
Step 1: Undo bank transactions
Step 2: Exclude transactions
All excluded transactions will now be moved to the Excluded tab. You can follow step 2, then choose the Delete selected in the Batch action drop-down.
Should you want to disconnect your bank account after doing the steps above, refer to this help article: Disconnect or delete an account from the Downloaded Transactions page. This will stop the bank from downloading new transactions.

Hello Katherine,
I need to delete a boatload of banking transactions, but I've already disconnected the bank from the bank feed. Is there any way to delete all of those bank transactions as I no longer have that bank account and my banking tab doesn't show me the usual tabs anymore?
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Rick
