I have some steps that you can try to customize the report. While the Fit to page option is only available when printing the report, you'll want to use this keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + - (minus sign). This is to minimize the page, so you can view the other columns.
To display the whole dollar amount, click the Customize button after you open the report. Then, put a check mark on the Without cents box under General. Please see this sample screenshot for a visual guide:
