Can I increase the font size on reports?

Hi there, g-allen. Increasing the font size of a report can help users read content more easily. I'd be glad to shed some insights about this feature.

Currently, the ability to customize the font size of a report in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unavailable. I recognize how much of a difference it would make to incorporate this functionality into our system. With that, I recommend sending a product request to our engineering team. This way, they can consider adding this ability in future product updates.

To send one, here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon menu at the top, then select Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Click Next to submit feedback.

In the meantime, consider exporting your report to Excel, then edit the font size to your preference. To make this happen, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Find the report using the search field.
  3. Once on the report page, click the Export icon beside the print icon.
  4. Select Export to Excel, then click the downloaded file to open.
  5. Locate the font size dropdown, then adjust the size according to your preference.

Reports in QBO provide important details about your business's financial flow. If you want to personalize them, please check out this helpful article for guidance: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

That's weird. With QuickBooks Desktop you can set fonts willy-nilly, for each different part of a report. It's super easy and Desktop has had this ability since sometime back in the 20th century. Because, you know it's a very basic need and customers want it:

Could it be that QuickBooks Desktop is a better solution than QuickBooks Online. Yes, yes it is!
