Thanks for visiting the QuickBooks Community, @userevan,

You can reconnect an online banking account if you are the Company Admin or a Standard User with full access of the account. If you're unable to connect again, or missing some options, try it in a private browser.

Unexpected issues are often affected by the large data in the cache. This is because the history on regular browsing will overwrite itself and will remove data unless done manually.

While the incognito mode will not save any history, it is a great place to identify issues in the browser. Use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

Clearing the cache can also help resolve browser issues in QBO.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be right here to help you further with your banking concern or any tasks in QuickBooks. Have a nice day!

Thank you Jen. This did not work. I have logged in with two different browsers, in regular mode and incognito mode, both show only the 'edit account info' option, not 'edit signin' option. I've attached a picture of the box that shows up without the desired option. Please advise.

Could there be an issue because my Chase account requires a keyfob? Thank you again.

Thanks for actively responding, @userevan. I appreciate you for trying the steps shared by my peer above. I'm here to share additional steps to help fix the issue.

It could be that the account is disconnected. That's why the Edit sign-in info isn't showing when you try to update your bank.

We can go to your Chart of Accounts to verify if the account is connected or not. You'll know it's connected when a yellow two-headed arrow icon will show beside the type and detail type account name. See this screenshot below:

If you still can't see the Edit sign-in info, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care team to further investigate the issue.
