We can create and save a customized report since we're unable to set a default header when pulling up a report. That way, you can make use of the same format when you need it again. Let me show you how:
Open a report and modify the header.
Click on Save customization and enter a Custom report name.
You can create and add it on a report group or leave it blank.
Under Share with drop-down, select None since this is your own default format.
Then, you can go to Custom reports section to see all your customized reports. You can locate it on the Reports tab. You can just change the reporting date if needed.
