Yes, you can set up a user with limited access in QuickBooks Online, @sfrance.
You can use the Standard user type so they can work on vendors, purchase orders, and bills.
Here's how:
- Go to the Settings ⚙menu.
- Select Manager users.
- Click the Add user button.
- Select Standard user and then click Next.
- Under the Select access rights, choose Limited and select Vendors.
- Click the Next button.
- Follow the on-screen steps.
- Enter the user contact information and click Save.
