Yes, you can set up or add multiple users in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to help your business run more smoothly.

In the meantime, try logging into your QBO account using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.

After that, they will receive an email from quickbooks-email@intuit.com. Have them select the “Let’s go!” link in the email, which takes them to a sign in or account creation page. They need to sign in or enter info to create a new account.

The number of regular users you can add is determined by the subscription level you are on,
Simple Start - 1 user, you only
Essentials - up to 3
Plus -up to 5
Advanced - up to 25
These are regular users, even with restrictions. This does not count your Accountant users nor does it count the essentially unlimited reports only users you can add.
