Hello there, @usermark-catigbe.
Thanks for dropping by here in the Community. Allow me to chime and share some clarification about running reports in QuickBooks Online.
Currently, you can only add the Foreign amount column to show the totals of each payment in a different currency. However, showing the total foreign balance for the account is unavailable.
For now, I recommend exporting the report to Excel. This way, you'll be able to customize the output further based on your business needs (see screenshot below).
We'll continue to improve the features in QuickBooks Online, and this preference might be available in the future.
For additional reference, I've attached a link you can use about getting the most out of your financial reports in QuickBooks: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.
Fill me in if you have additional questions about the foreign currency data in QBO. I'm always here to help. Take care always.
Hello there, usermark-catigbe. Yes, I'm here to help!
I can see the effort you've given to find the foreign balance amount in the account report. The foreign balance amount is available to other reports in QuickBooks. We can run the Transaction Detail by Account report to get this thing done. Here's how:
That will do. When you run QuickBooks reports, you can include and exclude the details. Afterward, you can keep what you've currently customized. Check these articles for additional reference:

Hi Admin Sarah,
First of all, I would like to thank you for your kind response. I have tried all the steps you provided and it seems it didn't answer my inquiry, actually, I am looking for "Foreign Total Balance" please see attached picture I am referring to.
I'm working with the US and Foreign currency and I need to generate the reports on both accounts and with this option, I cannot able to provide the correct reports. I hope QB will able to generate or add this option, appreciated your help in this inquiry.

Hi Admin AlcaeusF,
I appreciated your feedback, I believe that your recommendation exporting the report to Excel is the best way for now.
I am looking forward that this feature will be available in the future in QBO when running reports. Again thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
