Can`t subscribe acount- "Something's not quite right subscription-errorPLT-500"

Hi there, @finance75.

Based on the error code you provided, the reason you can't subscribe is that the address that you use for your credit card doesn't match the one entered in QuickBooks. I recommend reaching out to the bank or credit card provider and checking the address they've listed for the card. This will ensure the addresses match so you can subscribe. I also suggest checking the address listed when you log into accounts.intuit.com to make sure it's correct on our back end too. If you've never logged in to this site, your login information is going to be the same info you use to sign in to QuickBooks.

Please follow up with me here if the issue persists. I'm determined to help you get subscribed to your account.

Can`t subscribe acount- "Something's not quite right subscription-errorPLT-500"

I suddenly encountered this problem late this afternoon.  Despite my best efforts, I am unable to update any payment information.  I find that all of my accounts are having this issue despite the fact that there several different payment types spread across those accounts.

I have called tech support, which after 30 minutes transferred me to sales person who wanted me to start fresh with brand new accounts, loosing all my data in the process.  Not a good solution.
