Let me share some information on how you can manage your account in your trial balance.
When you create your QuickBooks Online account and start tracking your transactions, the system automatically creates both the AR account and the RE account. The ability to delete these accounts is not available. However, you can make it inactive. By doing so, it will hide the account from menus and your chart of accounts.
