I've never had a problem accepting a client's accountant invite to their QB online file before but recently a client sent me an invite and down where it asks what user id I want to use it lists a few options but I am not able to click on any of them. I suspect it may be my email provider because when they sent to a different email I was able to select (Just not the ID I wanted to use). Anyone know anything about why this is happening?

The investigation about customers being unable to click the Use this Intuit ID link when accepting the invitation (INV- 23141) is already closed. If the hyperlink is still missing in the invitation, you will have to let your client delete the sent invitation and re-invite you to send out a fresh email.
Here's how to delete the invite:
After that, ask them to resend the invitation once more. Open your email again and you be able to accept the invitation by clicking the Use this Intuit ID link.
