I'm using Chrome, but after I log in, all I get is the frame of the homepage and a spinning green circle. I've restarted my browser and it will not work. Is there a current issue?

We haven't received any reports regarding Chrome users experiencing issues with QuickBooks Online. We can do browser troubleshooting steps to get rid of any cache-related issues.


Let's try using a private browser since it doesn't store cache files. You can also use other browsers (such as Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, and etc.) because each of them stores different sets of cache files.


If you can log in without a problem, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache storage.


Otherwise, I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Customer Care Team so they can further investigate this.

  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Click the Company setup & importing.
  4. Select the Sign-in sub-topic.
  5. Scroll down and click the Get Phone Number button.
