Once you downgrade, if you want to go back to your previous subscription, you'll need to wait 24 hours before you can upgrade again.
Here's how to downgrade your QuickBooks Online subscription:
- Log into QuickBooks Online.
- Go to the Gear icon, choose Accounting and Settings.
- Click on the Billing and Subscription tab.
- Pick Downgrade next to your subscription plan details.
