I'm here to help fix the connection between your bank and QuickBooks, lovlea84.
There could be some updates from your bank. To keep the connection, you also need to update QuickBooks as well. To do so, simply click the Refresh all function on your bank feeds.
Let me show you how:
- Open QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
- Select the profile ⚙ icon, then Bank Accounts.
- Click Refresh all.
Once done, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser. It helps refresh website preferences that might be causing problems when you use QuickBooks.
You can also use other supported browsers when accessing your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. Doing this will help isolate if it's a browser-related issue.
